Honest, compassionate therapy—from someone who gets it.

Hi! I’m Chloe (she, her, hers)

a San Francisco based therapist offering individual and couples therapy, both in-person and virtually throughout California. I work with people of all ages who are ready to get curious about their inner worlds and find a different way of being that feel more grounded, more connected, and more aligned with who they truly are.

If you don’t want a therapist who just nods and listens, you’ve come to the right place. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface: the unconscious patterns, protective parts, and emotional dynamics that may have helped you survive in the past, but are holding you back now. We’ll work with both your thoughts and felt experience because real change happens when your mind and your body are both part of the conversation.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 12 years leading marketing teams in tech and working as a career coach. I know the pressure to keep it together, even when you’re quietly unraveling. That lived experience, along with my own 20+ year journey in therapy, is what drew me to this work. I’ve been the client, and I know how hard and how healing this process can be.

If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck in old stories and start showing up more fully in your life and your relationships, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My specialties

Identity exploration

I work with clients navigating expectations, legacies, and systemic pressures. Whether you’re unpacking family-of-origin trauma or exploring how to belong without betraying yourself, this is a space to bring it all.

Life transitions

Whether you’re shifting roles, identities, or life paths, transitions can shake something loose. We’ll work to find clarity in the cloudiness, grieving both what’s ending and honoroing what’s beginning.

Relational healing

If you’ve been or are currently in a relationship where your voice, needs, or truth feel distorted or dismissed, therapy can help you reclaim your sense of self, restore boundaries, and learn to communicate from the heart.

"Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity." - Pema Chödrön

As a BIPOC therapist and LGBTQ+ ally, I bring a deep understanding of how culture, identity, and systemic forces shape our mental health. I work with many first- and second- generation immigrants who carry the complexities of intergenerational trauma, code-switching, and the pressure to succeed while never fully feeling seen.

I understand the quiet exhaustion of always being “on” and the anxiety that comes with trying to hold it all together.

Whether you’re carrying the weight of intergenerational trauma, navigating relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of your next step, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome.

Therapy can be a space to lay it down. To take a breath. To begin again.
