Supportive, inclusive therapy for couples who want to reconnect

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, and also one of the hardest. Maybe you’re stuck in the same arguments, struggling to communicate or feeling more like roommates than partners. Maybe trust has been broken, or there’s a growing distance you don’t know how to close.

Wherever you are, couples therapy offers a space to slow down, get curious, and begin again, with care, honesty, and intention.

Who I work with:

I work with couples of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures. Many of the couples I work with are navigating the effects of emotional disconnection, miscommunication, identity shifts, or the lingering impact of past relational trauma.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling unseen, unheard, or misunderstood, and begin to shape new ways of relating that feel more respectful, connected, and aligned with the kind of relationship you want to build.

What to expect in our work together:

Couples therapy isn’t about blame or taking sides—it’s about creating a shared space where both of you feel safe enough to feel honest, vulnerable, and truly seen. Whether you’re in a moment of crisis or simply wanting to strength your connection, I’ll help you uncover what’s getting int he way and support you in finding new paths forward that are built on emotional safety, trust, and mutual understanding.

I offer in-person couples therapy in San Francisco and virtual sessions for couples anywhere in California. If you prefer virtual sessions, I ask that both partners be in the same physical space during our sessions.
